Minit Coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on April 3rd

Devolver Digital have announced that they are publishing Minit, a new lo-fi adventure title developed by Kitty Calis, Jan Willem Nijman, Jukio Kallio and Dominik Johann, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC later this year.

Minit will cost $9.99 (USD) / £6.99 (GDP) / €9.99 (EUR) and will release on all three platforms on April 3rd, and is a peculiar game in that each playthrough only lasts for sixty seconds at a time (hence the name, which is a play on ‘minute’).

In each sixty-second run, you must leave your comfort of your home and explore the world beyond, helping out the unusual folk who live nearby, discovering numerous treasures and uncovering countless secrets, and ultimately overcoming various dangerous and formidable foes who stand in your way. Your goal? To discover the way to undo the unfortunate curse placed upon you which means that all of your days only last for one minute.

“Every pixel matters,” says developer Kitty Calis.  “It’s a big adventure, compressed into a tiny amount of time. No matter the direction you head in, countless challenges, shady secrets, and needy characters await.”

If Minit sounds like your kind of game, you can head over to Twitter and follow all of its developers and Devolver Digital themselves in order to keep up-to-date with its release progress. You can find them as @kittycalis (Kitty Calis), @jwaaaap (Jan Willem Nijman), @jukiokallio (Jukio Kallio), @zerstoerer (Dominik Johann) and @devolverdigital (Devolver Digital) respectively.
